The app reliably reminds you of every waste collection date in the Stormarn and Hzgt. Lauenburg districts. Never forget when the waste will be picked up again. Postponements due to holidays are no longer a problem as they are already incorporated. With the free app, you will always stay up to date and can save your very own waste collection calendar with reminder function. Simply download the "AWSH-Valuable Dates" app, select the address and types of waste, set the reminder time, and you're good to go! You can choose up to 5 different addresses (ideal for caretakers and property managers).

AWSH-Valuable Dates also navigates you to the nearest recycling containers for glass, paper, and old clothes, and to the AWSH recycling centers with their opening hours. You can also check the locations where waste bags are sold. Under the “Fault Reports” section, you can get information about additional collections due to disruptions such as construction sites.

Important notice for users of a Samsung device or another device with power-saving function: Some Android devices, for example from Samsung and Sony, use battery optimization programs such as Samsung's "Smart Manager." These programs prevent our app from running in the background, so notifications are no longer displayed. Please add the AWSH app as an exception so that our app can also send notifications when it is not actively being used.
